Founder of SckaLab, I am a biochemist by training and a design enthusiast. I am always curious and want to understand how things work. Sharing knowledge and expertise is something I truly treasure in Science and SckaLab's services are designed for it!
Following a Bachelor in Biopharmaceutical Chemistry & Biochemistry I got interested in fluorescence and single molecule techniques. Throughout a Master in Biomedical Physics I was trained in Physics applied to Health Sciences. Hence, Electromagnetism, Medical Imaging, Microscopy, Image Analysis, Structural Biochemistry and ICT for Health sounds very familiar to me.
Even if I always was interested in Industrial Research, I seized the opportunity to conduct Research projects in academia. First, by going abroad and benefiting from the renowned expertise in single molecule techniques at TU Delft. Then, by completing a PhD in Biochemistry in my sunny hometown, Marseille. As a student of Mauro Modesti, I was trained to produce, purify, analyze and characterize high quality recombinant protein involved in DNA double strand break repair pathways.
